Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions for Make-Up Classes: • A doctor's note for the approval of injury or illness must be presented prior to the missed class to qualify for a make-up lesson. • Make-up lessons are subject to availability in other classes (which may be held at a different venue). • Make-up lessons must be used within the same term and cannot be carried over to the next term or utilized for Camp. • No refund will be provided for unused classes. • Classes cannot be carried over to the next term. • In the event a class is canceled, every participant will have the option of a make-up class. • An absence of 3 consecutive weeks or more (with approval from a doctor's note) will be eligible for credit.
